A useful quote
starts with details.
Share your city or neighbourhood, property type, and a few clear photos. For condo work, include any building rules, work hours, parking limits, or elevator booking requirements.
There is no single price for every repair. Material condition, finish expectations, access, and the number of visits can all affect the scope.

Toronto is our starting point, including North York, Scarborough and Etobicoke. We also welcome enquiries from Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa. Send your postal code so San can confirm travel, project fit and availability before you book.
For Toronto condo projects
Include your building’s permitted work hours, loading arrangements, visitor parking and service-elevator booking requirements. Let us know if building management needs documents before a visit. Confirm building approval for your proposed work before scheduling it.
For houses and rental properties
Tell us whether the property is occupied, how the work area is accessed, and whether furniture needs to be moved. For a rental turnover, include the move-out and move-in dates, your full repair list and who can provide access.
How your quote is prepared
Send photos of each area, approximate measurements, your preferred finish and any product links. The agreed scope should identify labour, materials, disposal, access requirements and any additional visits. Availability, the final price and the service date are confirmed with you before work begins.
